RMA Ruturn Policy

Warranty policy:
1. Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 12 months from the date of original purchase under normal use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
2. All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is offered by the specified servicer. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.
3. If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through
info@fs-laptop-battery.com to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
4. In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return packages by C.O.D will not be accepted.
5. A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect.
6. If expedited delivery service is requested, we will procure the desired service from EXPRESS on your behalf. In the event of a refund, the shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances except if the order is cancelled before shipping.
7. Please ensure that returned items are the ones that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any item sent to us that is not our product.


We recognize that, from time to time, a customer may choose to return a product ordered from us. In the spirit of customer service, we have created a generous Return Policy that makes it easy for you to do business with us.


WE MAY ACCEPT YOUR RETURNED PRODUCT WHEN IT IS DEFECTIVE
1. Defective merchandise may be replaced if returned within 1 year from the date of purchase
2. All returns must be authorized by us.
3. All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and must be packed with all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
4. To request an RMA and initiate a return please mail our customer service department or your specified servicer.
5. Important: we will not give cash refunds for your defective merchandise; we will however provide you a replacement part if your return is completed within 1 year from the date of purchase
6. International customers are responsible for any and all custom fees charged by their country.


IF YOU WANT TO REPLACE OR RETURN AN ITEM
1. All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging with any and all manuals, software, manufacturer documents and or registration cards intact.
2. To request an RMA and initiate a return please mail our customer service department.
3. Repack item (s) in original packaging material. Orders returned in packaging material other than original packaging material shall not be accepted.
4. You may return the package via any carrier. You are responsible for insuring the returned package with the carrier you have selected against damage and loss. You are also responsible for all return shipping fees.
5. RMA will expire after thirty days.
6. Indicate merchandise being returned placing a copy of the original invoice in the returned package. If you would like you may include an appropriate reason why the item needed to be returned.
7. You may return bundle purchases. If you want to return an individual item you purchased as part of a bundle package, you may return that item separately. Please note: In some cases a bundle discount has been applied to each item. You will be refunded the discounted price, which may differ from the price if you purchased it individually. Returns are normally processed within 5-7 business days. We appreciate your patience.
8. Damage Incurred During Shipping – We recognize that upon occasion there may be damage to the product due to shipping. You must notify us within 10 Calendar Days of receipt of the damaged product(s). In such an event, keep the damaged package until we request it from you. Please do not ship the damaged item back immediately, as we need to file a damage claim with the carrier, who in turn may need to inspect the package and damaged products.
9. Shipping Error – If the item you received is not the item you ordered, you must notify us within 10 Calendar Days. Return the item immediately and we will replace it, crediting you for the return shipping plus shipping charges incurred by you when you returned the item.
